This clearance batch has a hole in the centre for a cotton wick. No pull tab. 66mm diameter. 

Sits on the top of the candle, inside the glass, to protect the candle from dust / other damage, hold in the scent, present safety information and instructions clearly, and give it an excellent presentation for selling.
